Scope of Services
NADHIFU Group provides immigration advisory and drafting services, business consulting and strategic advisory services, professional development programs, certifications, training services, and educational materials. All services provided by NADHIFU Group are advisory in nature unless otherwise expressly agreed to in writing. Any services outside the stated scope must be documented in a separate written agreement.
No Legal Representation
Use of NADHIFU Group services does not create an attorney-client relationship unless a separate written agreement is executed with a duly licensed attorney. NADHIFU Group provides advisory and drafting support services and does not represent clients in a legal capacity unless formally agreed in writing.
Client Responsibility
Clients are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery. Clients must carefully review all documents before submission to any governmental or regulatory authority and are responsible for filing documents with the appropriate agencies. Clients are also responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and filing requirements relevant to their individual circumstances.
Payment Terms
All fees must be paid in accordance with agreed-upon payment terms prior to or during service delivery as specified in the engagement agreement. Services are non-refundable except as expressly provided in NADHIFU Group’s Refund Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
Intellectual Property
All materials, templates, guides, frameworks, methodologies, branding, drafts, and educational content created or provided by NADHIFU Group remain the intellectual property of NADHIFU Group unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, resale, modification, or commercial use of these materials is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the State of Missouri, NADHIFU Group’s liability shall be limited to the fees paid for the services provided. NADHIFU Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. Additionally, NADHIFU Group shall not be held liable for government decisions, regulatory determinations, third-party actions, delays, or outcomes beyond its direct control.
Binding Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to services provided by NADHIFU Group shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted in the State of Missouri. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive the right to a jury trial and waive participation in any class action or collective proceeding. Any damages awarded shall be capped at the total fees paid for the services in dispute.
Force Majeure
NADHIFU Group shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government shutdowns, regulatory changes, cybersecurity incidents, internet outages, or other unforeseen events.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with the NADHIFU Group Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement governing the use of this website and engagement of services. No other representations, agreements, or understandings shall be binding unless made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of NADHIFU Group.
