NADHIFU GROUP – REFUND POLICY
NADHIFU Group provides professional business consultancy, advisory services, certifications, training programs, and digital products. Due to the nature of these services, the following refund terms apply.
Consultation Services
Consultation fees for business advisory, strategy sessions, professional guidance, or related services are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed. Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ advance notice to qualify for rescheduling. Appointments missed without proper notice are non-refundable and may require a new booking with applicable fees.
Drafting, Business Consultancy & Advisory Services
Fees for drafting services, business consulting engagements, proposal development, certification preparation support, or other advisory services are non-refundable once work has commenced. If cancellation occurs before work begins, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of NADHIFU Group, less any administrative or processing costs incurred. No partial refunds will be issued for completed work or for work substantially performed.
Certifications & Training Programs
Enrollment fees for certification programs, professional training courses, workshops, webinars, or educational services are non-refundable once access to course materials has been granted or the program has commenced. If cancellation occurs prior to the program start date, a partial refund may be considered, subject to administrative fees and written approval. Failure to attend scheduled training sessions does not qualify for a refund.
Digital Products
All downloadable guides, templates, toolkits, digital learning materials, sample documents, and similar products are non-refundable once delivered or accessed. Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final.
No Guarantee of Outcome
NADHIFU Group provides advisory, consulting, training, and certification support services. Refunds will not be issued based on government petition denials, regulatory decisions, processing delays, certification examination outcomes, funding decisions, or any other unfavorable results. All services are advisory in nature, and outcomes may vary based on individual circumstances and external factors beyond our control.
Exceptions
Any exception to this Refund Policy must be approved in writing by NADHIFU Group management. Verbal agreements or informal communications do not constitute approval.
